Mark usable space

Draw beds, wardrobes, dining seats, sofa, work desks and storage to scale. Watch for long passages, tight door swings and furniture that blocks routes. Check whether guests can access a common toilet without crossing private bedroom zones.

Ask what surrounds the unit

Orientation and tower placement affect light, outlook and privacy. Ask what lies beyond each window and balcony, and where lifts, stairs, ducts and waste routes sit. Review kitchen worktop, utility area, bathroom ventilation, electrical points and AC outdoor-unit positions.

At an authorised sample apartment, focus on wall positions and measured dimensions rather than décor. Identify upgraded finishes and confirm the included specification in signed documents.
