High Life Site Visit Checklist: What to Inspect and Ask

Before the visit, save the site address, relevant RERA details, configuration and a list of household priorities. Visit in daylight and allow time to see the immediate neighbourhood rather than only the sales space.

Inspect the route and common plan

Observe road access, drainage, street lighting, public transport and active services. Ask about entries, fire access, parking circulation, lift count, visitor handling and waste routes. Follow site safety rules and enter only authorised areas.

Inspect the home

Confirm that the home shown matches the offered configuration. Measure furniture walls, door swings, kitchen utility and balcony depth. Ask which finishes are included and which are sample upgrades. Record answers about orientation and the outlook from the exact stack.

Leave with a dated unit cost sheet, payment plan, specifications and phase details. Avoid irreversible decisions under same-day pressure; verify documents and material statements independently.
